- Description
As a key role within our Client's business, the service is responsible for the Architecture of the Learning Management System (LMS) in SAP SuccessFactors, in terms of maintenance and processes.
The service will also be closely working together with the Business Analysts and the external supplier for the resolution of technical configuration design and user issues related to the learning journeys uploaded in the LMS.
The service will include:
• Working with internal business streams you will work out and test the LMS configuration(s) for new training paths, you will provide guidance and advise on potential (new - unused) LMS features. You will test these configurations and always keep them as simple as possible.
• Working out new and simpler LMS-configurations for the complex training paths and liaise with the reporting specialist to ensure the new configurations fit the reporting requirements.
• Supporting the Training Center with the resolution of technical user issues that might arise in the LMS. If you cannot resolve the issue, you will have to transfer the issue to the Level 3 support via a Jira-ticket. You will also follow-up on the Jira-tickets and communicate the solutions internally.
• Based on the above activities, creating and updating the documentation (Work Instructions and Quick Reference Guides).
• Liaising with all stakeholders internally to transfer your knowledge about new and yet unused LMS features that might be of value.
• Focus on user experience and simplification.
Must have requirements:
- Fluent in Dutch, French and English.
- Teamwork with businesses or external partners and can easily build relationships of trust with them.
- More than 7 years of experience in configuring and using the LMS SAP
SuccessFactors as a Configuration Consultant (knowledge of Items, Curriculum, Programs, Assignment Profiles, Exams and the logic behind it).
- Preferably, certified in LMS SAP SuccessFactors (Learning).
- Passionate analyst; the satisfaction of internal customers is essential.

· an eye for good documentation and can write and explain (train) qualitative guidelines and instructions.
