Job Description:



The ARIBA project is one of the key initiatives to achieve the goals set by the defined strategy.

The primary objective of this project is to digitize end-to-end indirect procurement processes through the implementation of SAP Ariba.

 

Your Role:

 

Our Client is looking for a SAP ARIBA Consultant (Upstream and Downstream) to provide on-site support to our user community in the Finnish language.



Our local Ariba and SAP users, including buyers, requesters, and approvers, require comprehensive procurement support throughout the entire procurement life cycle. In this role, you will frequently collaborate with team members and suppliers to help them understand the Ariba/SAP processes, address issues, and provide user training.

You will be an integral part of the Global Procurement and Transportation Excellence team.

 

Responsibilities:

 

User Support:

- Act as an expert to resolve Ariba and SAP-related issues.

- Support local Ariba Hero's (key users) in their first-line Q&A responsibilities.

- Be a part of the central project team while stationed at the local site.

- Develop or update local training materials.

- Conduct user acceptance testing when changes are introduced.

- Deliver Ariba training sessions.

 

Supplier & Content Enablement:

- Assist the central suppliers enablement team.

- Collaborate with local P&T buyers to review the wave plan within the Ariba implementation.

- Explain the enablement process and its local impact.

- Escalate and resolve issues related to suppliers, catalogs, and language discrepancies between the local P&T team and the central team.

- Organize webinars for local suppliers in Finnish, including Q&A sessions.

- Communicate with local suppliers in the Finnish language.

 

Change Management:

- Support the global implementation change plan and identify localization needs to promote adoption within regions.

- Maintain a list of stakeholders to ensure all employees at every level are considered.

- Monitor resistance to change among users and supervisors and report any issues.

- Serve as the eyes and ears of the user community.

 

Global PTX Team Member:

- Act as a team member, contributing to and implementing the agreed-upon strategy to ensure alignment.

- Assist in the implementation of the Global Template.

 

Profile:

 

- Possess in-depth knowledge of procurement and sourcing processes.

- Expertise in Ariba, particularly in upstream and downstream modules.

- Knowledge of SAP MM/PM is advantageous.

- Strong communication skills.

- Willingness to work on-site for a minimum of 3 days per week.

- Proficiency in the Finnish language is highly desirable.

 

Minimum 4 years of experience in SAP Ariba is required for this role.
